On December 19, the State Tax Service of Ukraine fined the company that operates the PornHub website $5543. The issue is the failure to pay the so-called "Google tax," which is used to finance the army’s needs. In addition, the company that operates the PornHub website evaded registration, although Ukraine is ranked 14th among other countries in terms of views. Axon Partners’ lawyer Iryna Melnykovych in her op-ed for AIN.UA discussed whether PornHub really violated the law and what it means for the company.
